Yes we accept pre bookings for rides within in the Town of Canmore. Pre-bookings for In Town requests, have a price of twice the normal base fare flat rate. This premium service guarantees a secure time slot in our calendar, including booking admin fees, wait time, gratuity & taxes. The Local In Town of Canmore rates our displayed on our Canmore pricing page and displayed in our vehicles., Full prepayment is needed to secure these type of bookings. We will send a squareup.com secure email invoice for prepayment to finalize the details or a payment link direct to your phone, provided by any of our teams members that you are communicating with. We can customize majority of requests.

Out of Town Rides

Yes we accept pre bookings for out of town rides. For Out of Town rides that Originate within the Town of Canmore, a deposit may be required to secure the request. For any requests that originate outside the Town of Canmore, full prepayment is required to finalize the prebooking and secure your request on the calendar.

For the Downtown Canmore Zone, the regular price is $13.00. Local residents instantly get the rate of $10.00 for a savings of $3.00. On top of that, if you take advantage of the exclusive to local residents only loyalty program, you can buy 10 passes & get 2 more free. This gets your cost per ride for $8.33 . With the VIP Local Program, you can exclusively buy 50 passes and receive additional 20 passes free to make your discount 30% off the local instant price and save 50% from the regular pricing. or a net price of $7.15 per ride in the downtown yellow zone of Canmore.

• We have three different specials for local residents with proof of residency. 1st is the instant savings off the regular rate. The price is white on the zone map on the dash in the vehicles. For example, the Downtown Area is $13.00 for the regular rate. If you are a local with proof of residency in Canmore, the rate goes to $10
• The 2nd Local only available to local residents is the Buy 10 get 2 for free. This gives you another 20% discount on top of the instant discount.
• If you purchase 50 vs 10 passes, we then give 20 free passes. That gives you 20 free passes or a 47% savings on the regular price.

Yes we are pet friendly in our taxi. We especially love dogs. We do ask that your friend stay standing or lying down on the floor vs being on the seats though. That way any future guests will be able to enjoy their taxi ride without getting dirt or hair on their clothes.

When purchase the 50 pass special you get 20 passes for free which gets your taxi rate down to the lowest rate at $7.14 per ride. These prepaid local passes never expire. Again this program is only available to local residence with proof and must be fully prepaid before all passes are available to use.
