We have structured our flat taxi rates from all the different locations that we serve. We wanted to ensure a transparent flat rate platform so you will always know your pricing ahead of time & ensures our drivers are well informed has well to all the different pricing structures.

Below is a step by step guide on how to find taxi rates for selected locations on our website. Also the visual guide below will help you regardless of the location you are choosing.

Step 1. Go to “Categories of Interest Page” and select “Towns & Cities”. From there select either your starting or ending location. Once this Town selection opens up, all the information related to that location will be available, including the taxi flat rates via that location.
You can also select locations from our “Top Destinations” menu or use our search for a location you are looking for. We also have provided a Contact Form & our phone number at top of page for other ways to inquire about taxi rates. Also on every information page about certain business they will be inside a pricing zone, so we have added an image button for taxi pricing for this location further down on the page to the zone that serves this location.

Step 2. Once you are on the Town page you have selected, click on the drop down that is provided. You will then notice all the different locations we have provided for the pricing between the Town / Location you have selected and your other location to which is either your drop off location or your pickup location. This combination of the Town page and drop down selection will give you a transparent flat taxi rate right above the drop down area. This price includes the taxes and is the final price unless you wish to add gratuity towards your driver.

Step 3. Once you have selected the drop down choice and your price shows up, you will have the ability to fill out the rest of the form to purchase your taxi request. Keep in mind that this method is only available for rides 48 hours out in time and further. For immediate requests use the phone number at top of page or you can use the Contact Form for any requests.

Another way to find pricing for taxi rates is on every information page about certain businesses or locations that are inside Town Zones, we have added an image button for taxi pricing for this location. Further down on the page you will see the Image Button that will take you to the Town Zone that this location is inside. You just then selected like shown above the other piece of your taxi request.

This serves for pricing structure on our website for every combination and in our taxis the prices displayed on the map are between the zone and downtown Canmore Zone. This makes is transparent to what our prices are for all Canmore Town Zones for both you our customer & our drivers so they are informed of all the prices. For both Banff & Canmore Taxi rates, we have built our website to show all the flat rate taxi pricing through our zone to zone system. For the Town of Canmore we have 2 pricing areas, has we service our home base of Town of Canmore with In Town Taxi service. All other locations we will service all rides coming or going from those locations. For example if you are in Town of Banff and require a taxi request to the Calgary Airport, that is something we do all the time. For rides in the Town of Banff and staying within the Town of Banff, you will have to find a different company that services the Town of Banff within the town itself.

In Town Rides.

Yes we accept pre bookings for rides within in the Town of Canmore. Pre-bookings have a price of 2x the normal flat rates plus 15% gratuity for this premium service to guarantee a secure transportation request booking on our calendar. The Local In Town of Canmore rates our displayed on our Canmore pricing page and displayed in our vehicles. Full prepayment is needed to secure these type of bookings. We will send a squareup.com secure email invoice for prepayment to finalize the details.

Out of Town Rides

Yes we accept pre bookings for out of town rides. For Out of Town rides that Originate within the Town of Canmore, a deposit may be required to secure the request. For any requests that originate outside the Town of Canmore, full prepayment is required to finalize the prebooking and secure your request on the calendar.

There is two ways to find pricing for taxi rates in the Town of Canmore with our Company. We display these rates so all our pricing is transparent for everyone. If you are in the taxi vehicle, you will see the Canmore Town Taxi Zone Map displayed with prices inside the zones, with other locations listed at bottom of map. Step 1. Check out the zone map to find out at least either your pickup location or your drop off location you wish to have pricing for.

Step 2. Go to Canmore, Alberta Town Product Pricing Page and notice that we have 2 drop down options for pricing. 1 for "In Town" pricing & 2 for "Out of Town" pricing.

Step 3. Click on the drop down that says "In Town Pricing"

Step 4. You will then see all the different zones for the Town of Canmore that are available. Select your first "A" location from the drop down choices.

Step 5. From the drop after you have selected either your starting zone or ending zone, then you will given the option to select the 2nd 1/2 of your taxi request.

Step 6. Once you have selected an option from each drop down, the flat rate price for taxi transportation between these two " A to B" request will show up at the top of the drop downs. This price includes your taxes. For people with proof of residency in the Town of Canmore, there will be a local discount lower than this price, has discussed on our Specials Page & Locals Taxi Service Page.

Step 7. Once you have selected both "A & B" zones, the rest of the form opens up for the rest of your information that is needed to complete your taxi request.

Step 8. If you wish to pay ahead of time via our website you can certainly do so. If you wish to just book a taxi request with no payment, you can either call our main line direct for immediate service or you can fill out a Contact Form or Booking Form Request to submit your taxi request. If you are starting your taxi request in the Town of Canmore, you can book your request with zero deposit of prepayment and choose to pay your driver in person. For taxi requests starting out of the town of canmore, a deposit or full payment through website will be required. Also keep in mind that during high peak times, we may require full payment even for taxi requests starting in Canmore, so we can schedule our calendar properly with bookings & staffing.
