The total cost will be influenced by factors such as the specific needs of your guests, the number of vehicles required, the destinations for both the beginning and end of the trip, the size of your group, and your preferred level of efficiency. We are happy to fulfill any special requests you may have. Keep in mind that our transparent flat rate pricing is a more economical option compared to the upscale luxury buses available locally, allowing you to stay within your budget while still receiving quality service. We also only require booking for the time of service you need, vs having to book several vehicles for hours and have them sitting around, costing you extra expenses in your budget.
Here is four strategies that we use to help our guest event organizer use or have foundation to create their own version that suits their needs better.
1. Option A " Basic" = On demand system, call as needed and we will keep your location on our list. Normal taxi fare rates apply, which your guests would pay directly to driver and you will be put into the queue as you call vs all the other events in town. This is the most unpredictable option, lowest cost option, but there could be numerous parties calling, leaving your wait times between 10 mins to 1 hour.
2. Option B " Value" = You would purchase bulk number of passes to give your guests , ensuring your guests are completely looked after. The passes have no expiry date and can be used at anytime, even if not on the wedding date. This is a good setup if your guests are here for a few days and you wanted to look after all their transportation or give them discounted transportation back to the Calgary YYC Airport or other Attractions to see in the area while they are visiting the area for your Wedding. This would be an on demand system as well, but we would be checking every 15 mins as we drive by your wedding facility & always keep on vehicle within 10 mins, as we give priority premium VIP calling into our Queue. The passes would be twice the price of the base taxi fare in town and this would cover all costs per each trip including wait times, extra stops, gratuity & taxes. Normal rates for Downtown area of Canmore are $13, Silvertip area goes to $27.50 This option also gives you the opportunity to have multiple vehicles showing up at once if your guests all leave at once. This setup creates your venue has the favorite destination for our drivers and gives you priority VIP over all other requests. This Option pre-determines your net price per ride and makes for lower total price in most cases vs Option C with min 3 Hour Booking
3. Option C "Premium" = we have dedicated mini vans and drivers for your event and would be by the Hour rates. The driver would be sitting outside of your event for the times that you specify. Everything is covered in this package so your guests are looked after. We also keep eye on the flow of your guests and provide additional vehicles as needed based on the timing of your dedicated vehicle vs the flow of your guests looking for transportation. The moment the vehicle that is waiting outside your venue is being loaded up with guests, we dispatch the next vehicle to come attend the facility. This way you have a dedicated vehicle outside the venue all the time, even when we have other vehicles transporting your guests back to their hotels & VRBO's. This package also helps when all your guests leave at the same time at the end of the night, has we would send all our vehicles to your facility has needed. We have pricing at $150/hr for min of 3 hours for Downtown Locations & for locations such has Nordic Centre, Stewart Creek, & Silvertip and any others on the outskirts of City of Canmore Limits, the pricing is $190/hr min 3 hours. This strategy ensures that every time the vehicle that is at your facility, notifies the next vehicle to arrive to pick up your next guests. Or at least be outside your venue till more guests wish to have a ride. This package covers all rides within the City Limits of Canmore, plus any stops needed along the way to your next location.
4. Option D "Lone Ranger" = This is the reservation of one fully dedicated minivan for your event at $80/hr. Min 3 Hours. Keep in mind that with only 1 minivan, that guests maybe waiting when they all call at the same time, since it takes min 15 mins to 30 mins to do a round trip from the Wedding Venue to any Hotel Location in town.
Extra Add-ons. We give any one using our services from option B or option C, for Weddings, Conferences or Group Booking the exclusive option to be able to purchase bulk number of passes for their function, plus for anything before or after the event for their guests. These extra bulk passes can be used at anytime with no expiry date and on any type of ride. For example, say you guest has a pass from your wedding that he or she didn't use and they needed transportation to the Calgary Airport. They can apply the full pass value towards the trip. Even if the guests come back later to Canmore the passes would be honored.
